Dr. Hadead, Nicole Cassandra, Anita, Emily and Jasmine were very attentive professional and personable. One of the best Dental experiences I ever had. Dr. Hadad is very gentle with a great bedside manner.

I would not recommend this dental office. I went in with severe tooth pain and specifically requested that one painful tooth be extracted. Instead of addressing the immediate issue, they took eight X-rays, told me I needed a deep cleaning, recommended extracting multiple teeth, and presented me with denture and implant options. I left with a treatment plan totaling nearly $7,000, but the one tooth causing me severe pain was still there. The most frustrating part is that the dentist I initially saw said they could extract the tooth that day. However, when I called back because the pain had become unbearable, I was told I now needed an oral surgeon, who wouldn't be available until July 23. Instead of helping me, they told me I would need a referral. I explained that I had been taking approximately 20 Advil and 8 Tylenol a day for three consecutive days just to manage the pain, but there seemed to be little concern or urgency regarding my situation. From my experience, it felt like the focus was on selling an expensive treatment plan rather than providing immediate care for the problem that brought me into the office. Nicole and Emily were absolutely amazing. They took such wonderful care of my daughter while I was getting X-rays, which meant so much to me. They were incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and they made sure I understood everything that was going on with my teeth. Dr. Haddad was also very kind, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Everyone else in the clinic was equally respectful, welcoming, and friendly. I truly appreciated the exceptional care and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional dental team.

I cant say enough good things about the staff and service here. I came in with lots of issues and Dr. Haddad was amazing. Everyone I had encountered was awesome. From the front staff to the back. Everyone was so professional and caring. I highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs. They do it all. I cant thank them enough. Emily, Anita and the rest of the staff are awesome! I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The front desk made check-in easy, the dental team took time to explain everything clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, and the dentist was knowledgeable and thorough, answering all of my questions and making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit.
